A) Change of sponsorship rules

 

Brand Affiliates

​

If a Brand Affiliate (BA):

​

• has never had any activity in their account;

• has never received any sharing bonus; and

• has never had an ARO/ADR set up;

 

follow company (Nu Skin) standard rules, and notify the BA’s original sponsor as courtesy. After that, you can apply for change of sponsor for the BA.

 

If a Brand Affiliate:

​

• has had activity in their account previously;

• has received a sharing bonus; or

• has had an ARO/ADR set up;

 

follow company (Nu Skin) standard rules, and notify the BA’s original sponsor of their intention to change sponsors. The original sponsor has 7 days to follow up with the BA. After that, you can apply for change of sponsor for the BA.

 

Brand Affiliates who have submitted a Letter of Intent (LOI) previously

 

If a Brand Affiliate has submitted a LOI previously:

​

• their account must be inactive for at least one year;

• they must not have received a sharing bonus for at least one year; and

• they must not have had an active ARO/ADR for at least one year.

​

If this cooling off period is satisfied, you must notify the original sponsor of the BA’s intention to change sponsor. The original sponsor has 7 days to follow up with the BA. After that, you can apply for change of sponsor for the BA.

 

Brand Representative (BR) to Senior Brand Partner (SBP)

 

If a BA has previously reached BR to SBP level, the conditions that apply to BA’s who have submitted a LOI apply equally here, save that the cooling off period required in relation to their account, receipt of sharing bonuses, and ARO/ADR, is at least two years.

Executive Brand Partner (EBP) or higher

​

If a BA has previously reached EBP level or higher, the conditions that apply to BA’s who have submitted a LOI apply equally here, save that the cooling off period required in relation to their account, receipt of sharing bonuses, and ARO/ADR, is at least five years.

 

Note: These rules apply to all prospects whose original sponsors are in Shinnie and Ronald's organisation, regardless of whether they are a part of Ablaze. You must check with the company on who the original sponsor is before applying for change of sponsor.

B) Penalty

​

1) If you sign up a BA who has not satisfied the relevant cooling off period:

 

First time offender: the BA is encouraged to change back to their original sponsor as soon as possible and, in any event, you are required to return all sales volume generated by the BA’s organisation to the original sponsor.

 

Second time offender: you can no longer attend any Ablaze events or use any resources belonging to Ablaze going forward.

 

2) If you fail to give notice or contravene the 7 day follow-up period

 

First time offender: you will receive a warning

 

Second time offender: you cannot attend any Ablaze events or use any resources belonging to Ablaze for six months.

 

Third time offender: you can no longer attend any Ablaze events or use any resources belonging to Ablaze going forward.

C) Others

 

1) On all matters relating to your own sales volume and organisation, only communicate with your sponsor. Do not discuss with cross lines or downlines.

 

2) Do not sell any Nu Skin products on any platforms that are not approved by Nu Skin e.g. Amazon, Taobao, Carousell, Facebook Market Place, etc.

 

3) Unless permission is obtained, promoting products of other direct selling companies or other products or services generally through Nu Skin-related groups (online or otherwise) is strictly prohibited.

4) To protect the intellectual property and assets of Ablaze Platform Ltd, members of Ablaze must not:

​

• concurrently develop the business of other network marketing companies; or

• participate in another team's activities, including engaging with other team leaders, unless approved by Ablaze.

If found to be in breach of any of the above rules, the relevant member will be prohibited from the use of this website (www.ablazeplatform.com), Ablaze U, and Ablaze Me, and he or she will not be refunded for any payment already made. Ablaze reserves the right of final decision.
